In my practice I strive to create a partnership with my patients where they feel safe, empowered, and capable of addressing their concerns with tools such as medication and therapy. I believe that every human being has the resources to live their best lives, and my role is that of a trusted consultant to help unlock that hidden potential. I tailor my practice to address what is most concerning to my patient and give options for treatment incorporating evidence-based practice (research) with patient preference.

I see patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, pregnant and postpartum individuals, adults, and older people. I am passionate about seeing women and girls of all ages as well as individuals in the LGBTQI+ community. I treat depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD, ADHD, behavioral issues, anger, self-esteem problems, panic, grief, and trauma. I use a combination of medication and supportive therapy in my visits, and I also encourage patients to have a primary therapist on their mental wellness team and will work in conjunction with them to help patients on their road to recovery.
