Refill Requests

Please allow 3-4 days for processing of refill requests.  Medications will only be refills on existing patients who are active and being seen regularly who have been prescribed the medication in the past.

Disclosures on Medications

​

We do not manage pain issues. We are not prescribing opiate pain medications and do not manage patients who are on chronic pain medications.  

​

For patients on benzodiazepines (Xanax, Ativan, Valium and others) - we will likely ask you to taper and discontinue these medications as they have high addiction potential and long term adverse health effects. 

​

For patients on stimulant medications (Adderall, Concerta, Methylphenidate and others) - we require a controlled substance agreement and random drug testing.

​

For any type of medication if there are any signs of abuse, addiction, diversion or disrespectful treatment of our office staff when requesting your prescriptions, your medication will not be refilled and you will be asked to leave the practice.
