New Patients:

We are accepting patients on a limited basis at this time.

We accept a balance of adults, children and adolescents.  Children and adolescents will be given preferred space over adults since Dr. Boswell did a 2 year fellowship with children and adolescents.

Disclosures on Medications

We do not manage pain issues. We are not prescribing opiate pain medications and do not manage patients who are on chronic pain medications.

For patients on benzodiazepines (Xanax, Ativan, Valium and others) - we will likely ask you to taper and discontinue these medications as they have high addiction potential and long term adverse health effects.

For patients needing help with ADHD - we do prescribe stimulant ADHD medications.  We require a controlled substance agreement and random drug testing. If there are any signs of abuse, addiction, diversion or disrespectful treatment of our office staff requesting your prescriptions, your medication will not be refilled and you will be asked to leave the practice.
